  4. HI Simon.

    Thanks for updates.

Let us focus on the backup and monitor components first, the issue you
encountered should be the Dll files corrupt. I think you should reinstall
the backup and monitor components to make sure it have been successfully
installed. If you have already double check it, please send the following
log files to me for further research:

Navigate to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Small Business
    Server\Support then please send the
    Backupwizard.log and mcw.log to me. ()

For the IIS websites issue, could you rerun CEICW to make sure that the IIS
websites is configure correctly, you can first run iisreset on the command
    line as a try.

As you have encountered no other warning or error event, please refer to
    the KB article below:

823159 How to troubleshoot the "503 Service Unavailable" error message in
    http://support.microsoft.com/?id=823159

837285 Users may receive a "503 Service Unavailable" error message in
    Exchange
    http://support.microsoft.com/?id=837285

I appreciate your understanding on this issue; please feel free to post
back. It's my pleasure to be of assistance.

    Hi Charles

I have solved 2 of 3 problem, the backup wizard and monitoring wizard now
    working.
I have solved the problems uninstalling the backup and monitoring and
reinstalling the applicationa and after I have apply all updates downloaded
from Microsoft SBS 2003 update site.
Now I still have the problem of "Service Unavailable" on all virtual servers
of my II6, I do not know if this can help you but the message that IIS
return to browser is only "Service Unavailable" there is any other word.
I think that this problem is caused from the application pool, but I have
fear that cancelling and rebuilding them something other may be not working.
What you suggest to do ?

Thank you very much for your support.

    Simon.

  6. HI Simon,

Thanks for letting us know you have resolved two issue after try my
    suggestions.

For the IIS issue, I have some suggestions below:

    1. Please rerun CEICW, this is very important to SBS 2003, as we use this
    wizard to configure IIS also.
    2. Test if this issue occurs event when you browse the VD on IIS MMC
locally, for example if you browse the VD through IIS node on server
managements, does the issue occurs or not?

Please also refer to the article below:

823552 You Receive a "Service Unavailable" Error Message When You Browse a
    http://support.microsoft.com/?id=823552

842493 You receive a "Service Unavailable" error message when you browse an
    IIS

I appreciate your understanding, if the issue still exists, after you go
through the wizard and article below. Please send me the iis log to me. You
can find the log files at the following locations:

    %systemroot%\system32\logfiles\W3SVC1
