beta expired

    I had virtual pc beta installed, uninstalled it and tried installing the full
    verstion, but when i try to run it it keeps on tellin g me that the beta
    vertion is expired. what can i do?

    Shouldn't the uninstall force a reboot if its required???

    His point is if a reboot is required the uninstall routine should prompt
    for one, and in this case, apparently it did not.

  6. All I did was suggest he try a reboot before reinstalling.

    I wouldn't jump in and assume that he didn't get a prompt to reboot. The OP
    didn't say one way or the other.

    A good suggestion since this has been a common issue with moving from the
    trial version to the full version.
