Amazon.com is blocked for some reason in WLM.

I cannot find it in the blocked senders folder.

I have added it into the Safe senders folder.

    It just won't show up.

However, I have Outlook on the same machine and it shows up there no
problem, so it's not blocked at the server.

    Any ideas?

Is one email client or both (WLM and Outlook) configured to leave messages on the server ?

Is the account a Hotmail type account (Hotmail, Live, Msn, Outlook.com) ?

Is the account using POP3, IMAP, or Http/DeltaSync ?

Does Outlook mean Outlook Express or Outlook (Office) ?

Fyi...both WLM and Outlook(Office) programs have Junk Mail filters that may filter email to the Junk Folder based on message
content (i.e. not the sending address used by Block and Safe Sender settings).
    - Did you look in the account's Junk Mail folder ?

Is the email still present in the email account's web server Inbox ?

    Outlook (Office)
    Yes

    Yes.

FYI: You just might have helped me. I was sniffing around for the
junk mail folder and spied the Message Rules folder. In it I found
    "contains "

I removed it and now we'll see.

Thanks for your input - you did point me in the right direction.
