Boot.INI Entry for Second Hard Drive

    A server has two identical controllers. Controller one has two disks seen
    by Windows as harddisk0 and harddisk1. Controller 2 has two disks seen by
    Windows as harddisk2 and harddisk3. All of these are Dynamic Disks.

    Boot Volume C: is placed on harddisk0 as the first and only volume. It
    is then mirrored to harddisk2.

    What should the boot.ini entry look like for the mirrored boot volume on
