Browser service - error backup browser

In my company we use a Windows 2003 domain with 2 DC's. On one of our DC's
(not the master browser) we get the browser error 8032. On serveral
workstations we get the same error and also the error 8021.

When I searched the internet, a Microsoft KB-article (191611) said me that
the master browser cannot be an multi-homed server. Our masterbrowser, the
PDC, is multihomed. Is it possible that I move the PDC-role to the other DC?
Is it necessary that I also move the other FSMO-roles?

In total we've got 3 servers (Windows Server 2003) here. Information on the
internet said that first a server is a backup browser, then a workstation.
The last few days, in the list of backup browser a few workstations showed
up. In this list no server (except the masterbrowser) whas listed as backup
browser. Is this a problem and is it possible to disable this behavior?
