Using XP SP2 IE7: Tried all recommended routes including:-
    1) the 'delete all' history tabs in IE7 (and tried them individually)
    2) Deleting them in safemode - in case of interfering aps
    3) so far 3 well known utilities including Privacy Eraser Pro; CCcleaner and
a utility called index.dat suite that removes all index.dat files using a
generated batch file at boot time.

Nothing works:- the Browser/URL history STILL REMAINS. Where on earth (or
file location) can MS be storing this history such that IE7 can't find it and
no proprietary utility seems to work either?

    Any very gratefully received.

    Hi,
Are these URLs visible in the History / Favorites Center or from the down
arrow on the right end of the Address Bar or through some other method?
