burning error code 0xeb020b9c

    Is this a Vista glitch and if so how can I fix it? While copying a data
    dvd or even a data cd I get this error code. I have used the same brand of
    DVD or CDs before when I had Windows XP with no problems. Using Cyberlink
    Power2Go no help from their techs.

    What is in the Event Logs? Use http://eventid.net to research any errors.

    treied to change the burning softwares there are a lot free alternates like burn4free or burnaware etc
