    I get this error code when trying to stream audio or
    video. I'm not sure if it is related, but when I click
    on the tools/options/network tab, nothing happens.

    This should mean that you have multiple user profiles for your user
    account - you'd have Ken and Ken.0000 or such. While you're logged into the
    Ken.0000, something from your networking is still trying to use the Ken
    profile, and thus causing a version mismatch of some sort.

    The sad easiest way to deal with this is just to create a new user profile
    entirely that's *not* duplicated and use that user profile from now on.
