    Mike (Williams)...
Win XP Home, started w/ 9 and upgraded to 10; still erroring; not playing
any audio or video files no matter what format. I've tried all the tricks
you've suggested last few months (have FFD Show, DivX and have downloaded
    many codecs onto this machine).

gSpot returns "n.a." on every single file - audio, video... multiple
    formats.

Sherlock won't even run - it just crashes when I try to install.

Got an answer for this one? I'm all ears. Thanks.

  2. I don't think anyone is going to be able to give you a whole lot of good
information. Everything you have said points to rather large problems. :\
System Restore might help. If not restore another backup if you have one,
    contact Product Support, etc.

Now Playing: "Encore (Feat. Dr. Dre & 50 Cent)" by "Eminem" in Windows Media
    Player 10.
