I've had an MSN account for nearly eight years and tons of contacts, folders,
and email. It's a comprehensive system. My question is, I am starting fresh
with a new Windows Live Hotmail account and since both are web-based and
"Live", how can I move literally everything from one account to another
onlilne only. Again, I've an MSN account and want to move to a brand new
hotmail account. Both are Windows Live accounts. Is this possible?

    Thanks!

  2. Currently unfortunately there is no simple, easy to do this I'm afraid. The
programming API's are not available for this sort of thing and there is no
built in functionality to allow this.
I assume that you have WLM even though you say online only? One approach
would be to use WLM import/export features to move email, contacts etc. from
account to another. A manual task that may take a few minutes (but not too
long) but probably the easiest method of doing this.

When I started using the WLM build 1365 I just set up all my old accounts
and did a lot of work downloading and uploading and merging my contacts and
it seems to work fine. I don't know why now? Thanks, Mike
