Can ChangeOrderAgingDelay be changed ?

I found in the FRS description that there is an aging
cache for changing files. This three-seconds delay is
designed to catch additional changes to a file when they
    are updated rapidly.

In the log of FRS the parameter ChangeOrderAgingDelay is
found, which is set to 3000 ms. I assume, that this is
the parameter defining the delay for FRS.

Can I change this parameter, maybe in registry under
    ...\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NtFrs\Parameters ?

    Thanks for any help.
