Can download music can't download anything else

    I have problems with this error 800C000C I keep getting it. I'm fine when I
    play music on it where you have that big screen and you can see the neat
    little fire, water etc like that. But when it tries to open in another
    screen I can't do it. Supposedly there is 2 screens of media player you can
    open. I can only open the 1. Please help me! I get really neat e-mails and
    I can never see them :( I'm also using Windows 98.
