Can I change from 32-bit to 64-bit Vista in my 64-bit machine?

My 64-bit system came with Home Premium 32-bit installed. Don't I want to
use a 64-bit Vista? How do I upgrade from 32- to 64-bit versions? (I also
purchased Ultimate speparately -- would those disks be useful in making this
    transfer?)

  3. Probably not. Until you have 64-bit applications to run (and there are
very few yet), there is essentially no advantage.

You can't It requires a clean installation.
