Can I create folders within folders?

So that, for example, I could give all my friends and contacts their
individual folders, but after that I could separate them even further into
divisions for things such as work, sports club, relatives, and whatever else.

Currently I'm starting each folder with a letter to separate them, such as
    x Adam
    x Bob
    x Grant
    x Steven
    y Andrew
    y Louise
    y Susan
    y Terry

where x would be for work and y might be for sports associates.

But as you can see, though it's a solution, it's a little bit cumbersome and
    crazy.

    Thanks.

Sure. Right-click on a folder and choose "New folder." You can nest at least
eight levels (I got bored trying after the eighth).

Hmmm... That doesn't seem to work for me.

Within each email account, I can have multiple folders. But if i right
click a folder, "New folder" is greyed out.

    Any ideas?

I can create sub-sub folders in my offline store, but not in my MSN store.
I believe this is because the web interface supports only one level of
    folders.
