Why? There is no more space for the second one?

Normally, it's ok to have several internal modems on the same PC. You may
need to configure switches on the cards, if any, to select different COM
    ports.

  3. Thank you for answering me.
I installed them in Win2000 .This OS set their com for example 13 and 15
but they can not work properly.I think using same driver causes the
problem.I can not use external modems because my system should works days
and nights and external modems hang after one or two days working but
internal not.I think if I can change the one of them driver can solve my
    problem. what is your opinion?
    Thank you

I think the driver is OK. You should ask this question in one of
    microsoft.public.win2000.* newsgroups, like
    microsoft.public.win2000.networking or microsoft.public.win2000.hardware.
