Can I name home folders using display names instead of user names?

    I've user created a template in Active Directory and currently have the Home
    Folder (under the profile tab in the user's properties) mapping to
    \\server\share\%username%. I would like to have the users' home folder be
    named after their display name (or a combination of their first and last
    names) rather than their user name, but I still want to have user's home
    folders automatically created when I create a new user account by copying the
    template. Is there any way that I can somehow define user's display names as
    environmental variables, or is there another way that I can accomplish this?

    Not in a GUI of ADU&C - You will have to script this in some way
