can i use vbscript or powershell to script with livemail desktop?

    Can i use vbscript or powershell to script with livemail desktop?
    For example ,to manipulate mails or folders

    No. There is no scripting language for WLM.
    You can however program against it using Visual Studio however since there
    are no officially exposed API's or an SDK you have to resort to reflection
    and guessing as to what the various functions do and what parameters they
    actually take.
    A tool like Reflector (http://www.aisto.com/roeder/dotnet/) comes in very
    handy in these scenarios.
