    Pop3 is not a server.

The easiest way to find the correct settings is to contact the provider of your email address or go to the web site of that company
providing your email address and look for the instructions for setting up a email account.

If pop3/smtp capable.... Ensure you use the correct settings for incoming(pop3) server, outgoing(smtp) server,
authentication(outgoing server setting), port numbers(incoming server, outgoing server), encrypted connection requirements(SSL,
TLS, or none), and the correct format of the username(username or ) and password.

    Good Luck.
