    Jonathan,

Not sure if you can help me, I have tried all that you have said, tried to
find the file to delete, no file, tried to add the file then execute, didn't
work, then tried the add a file, double click still doesn't work. It was
working perfectly then stopped, just tries to sign in then goes back to the
sign in screen and dings everytime I tried to click on anything in the box,
even to close it down. Frustrating me badly now!!!

    Many thanks

    Emmylou

  4. Hi Stan,

The server was down at the time you tried. There's no need to upgrade or do anything. Just
    sign in again now.

Okay I tried to sign in and it does sign in, but after about 5 seconds an
error report pops up, and then shuts my messenger down. I changed my
password, reinstalled, everything. What else can I do?
