I'm running SUSE 8.2 as guest on a WinXP host, using Connectix 5.2. Networking is set to virtual switch. I can see from the DHCP allocation tables that an IP address has been allocated to the guest PC, and I can ping that address from other machines on the network, including from the host. From the guest, I can ping all addresses on the network *except* the host. What could cause this to happen? Other addresses on the network can ping the host ok, just not the guest PC. Nick
