Can the FRS Database Online Defragmentation Interval Be Changed?

FRS appears to do an online database defragmentation every hour on a
    heavily-used file server (2003 R2)

    Two questions:

    1. Should this online database defragmentation noticeably affect server
performance (serving up files, anyway) during the defrags?

    2. Can the defragmenation kickoff interval be increased, or can the
defragmentations kickoffs be restricted to non-business hours?

I've already searched the knowledgebase, but have not found this info.

    Thanks in advance
