    Hello everyone,

I really need your help. I think something very wrong is happening.

When I try to run the Manage Your Server Tool (Windows 2003 Standard
Edition) I get this message that I do not have permissions to run the
C:\Windows\system32\mshta.exe. I am logged in as Domain Admin and the
security permissions to that file are set to EVERYONE (that group only) and
    DENY Read (ONLY).

I never had any problems in the past. This is not normal... Any ideas?

I thank you in advance for your time and help.
