Cannot Access Start Page in Dell OpenManage 4.4 on PE 1800 SBS 2003 Premium SP1 ISA 2004

    Hi,

    I have a production and a test PE 1800, both had SP1 and ISA 2004
    applied and then OpenManage 4.4 installed. I had to update firmware on
    both machines to the levels requested by the pre-install scan first,
    which was done successfully.

    On the test machine I can run the Dell browser fine as follows:

    https://server_name:1311/servlet/OMSAStart?mode=omsa

    When I try to run it on the production box, it partially displays the
    page and then hangs.

    Running the link:

    https://client_name:1311

    From a client machine on the network produces:

    Network Access Message: The page cannot be displayed

    Technical Information (for Support personnel)
    Error Code: 502 Proxy Error. The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
    port is not allowed. ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL
    requests from this port. Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL
    requests. (12204)

    I have done the usual, unistall, reinsatll and repairon the production
    machine but to no avail.

    Anyone got any ideas about this, I certainly did not change 443 to
    1311 on the test box. Bit of a mystery at the moment.
