Cannot acsess my email

    1)Cannot acsess my email. Changed password did all gmail said to & have a second verification email that was working that i can no longer access now either. Both are doing the same thing. Once I sign in it goes to the "This web page cannot be displayed" This is the only time I get this msg page.
    2) cannot sign into notebook says I need a Microsoft password which I have & I've used though it doesn't accept it or .... Just goes back the password page. I can get into notebook its just so,annoying cuz I've gotta hit cancel every time several times when password page comes up.

    Thanks I appreciate any input I'm a novice so put in simplest way if there's a fix please.
