I have newly created a folder with full control on share and ntfs
permission for a domain user. However, the user is not able to execute
any file within the folder. When the program is ran, it said you must be
running in a administrator account to use the "file name". Obviously,
the domain user is not a local admin on the workstation where he is
logging on. But I don't think this is necessary to run a program on the
    file server.

The user is logging on the domain controller (Window 2003) from a
Windows XP pro machine. Any idea?
