I've had 2 catastrophic failures in the past week with Windows XP Operating
System that lead me to do a complete system restore that restored all my
software to the original factory state. All my files and music was left
untouched. I purchased a number of songs on MSN - now these songs will not
    play.

When I try to play a song, a popup windows says "this computer is not
authorized to play this song". When I click the button - I already own this
song, windows media player indicates it is "aquiring license..." but doesn't
    do anything further.

When I try to restore the originial license that I backed up, I get the
message "Windows Media Player cannot create the playlist because the name
already exists. Type in a different playlist name." Where would I do that?
