    As the title implies I can't change my Wallpaper view as I normally
    could at one time.

    Wondering if this has to do with Administrator Privileges or what?

    This no Longer functions::

    I can only use Full screen View not Tile or Center View.

    Yes I Googled this, no luck. ;)

    Anyone Have a Clue?? How to FIX!!??

    Thanks in Advance!! :)

    If this is in the wrong section sorry about that, but it seemed right
    to me??

    Hi Blue, and Welcome aboard!! All you have to do is set one image to
    open with MS

    Paint in your MS Wallpaper folder, now all your Images will open as
    tiled or Centered

    as you wanted!! Man it took me a wee bit of Time to figure this ODD bug
    out, but I

    did!!

    Also all your Images will still open with PAINT.net which I know you
    use and Love!!

    Here's a Link for the Best Free Image App out there fully Compatible
    with Vista as

    well!!

    PAINT.net :: '|MG| Paint.NET 3.36 Final'
    (http://majorgeeks.com/Paint.NET_d4548.html)

    Have fun and Glad I could Help!! :D
