can't decode NDIS_WLAN_BSSID_EX, IE array

    This is a dump of the memory (starting with the fix IE):

    I think that I see that the last IE ID is 0xDD (221), which is reserved
    in the IEEE spec as far as I can tell. Has anyone seen this IE before?
