Hi! reagarding the solutions provided for msfeeds.dll error, I try to change
..tif and .tiff registry keys but I can find only .tif key in my regedit list
and still can't install IE7. Is there any such thing? Prompted error is still
the same "error loading msfeeds.dll". I have shut down all the anti-spywares
and anti-virus even windows defender. I want to use IE7 since all of my
friends and install and using now.

    Hey Lintun,

what you need to do is go to the start button, click, then go to run, click,
then type in "regedit", it will the bring up your registry. Then go to
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, then go or scroll down to the .tif and the .tiff folder,
there right click on these floders...individually (one at a tine) and then
click on permissions, click administors and the click full control or access,
click ok and then you should be ok. Let me know if you still can or can't
    find it.
