can't get email from some domains they get this erorr?

    Can't help you much, then, sorry. If you are concerned about spam, you ought
    to be combatting it with software/services - same with viruses.

    You might look up your domain name at www.dnsreport.com and check for
    errors.

  5. without that information...it makes it a bit difficult to do the look ups to
    help you

    you can always post it as domainname at dot com (or net or whatever)
