  1. Hi all

I implememted a GPO policy on my windows 2003 server/win xp pro network that
gives LOCAL admin rights to one specific user when he logs onto the
workstations. this policy has caused for some reason the strip domain admins
    and administrators from admin privilegdes.

I hav 1 win 2000 machine that is giving me issues now where the user is
stripped of domain admins rights allthough he do have it in AD. I deleted
the whole gpo from the group policy managemnt console but if i log onto that
workstation with the admin account of the domain i cannot eeven go to the
local gpo as it is telling me i don't have rights. If i logg in with the
same details on a xp machine i ALL is well and how it is suppose to be but
NOT if i log onto the 2000 machine

    Pls, please help
