Can't See Management Console - Can't Add CALS

    I installed SBS 2000 and I'm trying to look for the Management Console or
    Manage Server. I'm trying to view how many CALS I have and I need to add
    more CALS. I tried running setup again from the SBS 2000 CD to install the
    Management Console option but it will not allow me to. It says that SBS 2000
    is already installed on this server. I need to add more Exchange and Windows
    licenses and I can't find a way to add them. Does anyone have any idea how
    to add the Manage Server or Management Console option?

    306934 Error Message: This Version Cannot Upgrade the Installed Version of

    Then re-run the sbs integrated setup and install the sbs console.
