Go to your isp providers support website. Some ISPs block port 25.

  3. Which antivirus are you running? Some of them are not fully compatible
    with Windows Mail.

Try later. I had that same error pop up on me all day on Sunday . Monday morning all was back to normal as the Tech at my ISP told me when I called.
