When trying to sync songs from WMP11/Urge, I get an error C00D2775, stating
that it cannot set secure clock. I have "Set clock on devices automatically"
and everything. I am at school, and behind a proxy. Windows XP has no
problem syncing its clock, though. I have disable the firewall.

    Any ideas?

  2. If you have "Work Offline" selected in WMP (or IE) this can result in
the symptoms you've described. See the section "Working offline with
the Player" on this page for details :

I'm sorry, I should have explained more.

I can download files just fine. I can stream files just fine.

I just can't transfer any of my downloaded files to my Zen Vision:M.

    Any other ideas?

  4. No, the explanation was fine - did you check out this setting yet ?
It affects the mobile device connection too, as stated.

  6. There's a fimrware update from June. I can't see any reference to
updates for secure clock / DRM but it might be worth a try to be sure
that the device is up to date : The release was June 06 so you might
    want it anyway : http://tinyurl.com/esol4

Another source of info might be Creatives forums or support numbers.

Yeah, I already have the firmware update.

I guess I'll go to the creative forums in search of some help if nobody here
    has any idea.

Just a little upsetting the Urge advertises the Zen Vision:M as a
recommended player, but doesn't really have very comprehensive support for it
    yet.

  8. If you're in the USA, you can still benefit from the free support
phone number provided for WMP11 beta :
