I tried with both player and runtime, and when i did, player said it was
rolling back for a second, then stopped. runtime didnt do anything at all.
So i deleted allt he Windows media and WMP entries in the registry from
regedit, deleted all the files under WMP11 in PFiles, but wmpband.dll or
something wouldnt leave, and the other 5 files kept coming back. I want to
rollback to 10 because 11 is so buggy and doesnt add all my music files when
    I ask it to.

If you have deleted all those files, you have likely broken WMP quite badly
and probably also made it extremely hard for the uninstall/rollback process
to ever work. Please do not do that - it's going to cause more problems
than it will ever solve. =\

Did you use CCleaner on this system?

  3. windows media player 11 and also IE 7 Beta are both jokes. to get rid of all
WMP files and folders check programs add remove for anything tied to player
then go to computer hard drive program files and check to see if anything is
there if so delete also can download windows cleanup utility tool from
download center. after all are removed reboot and then re-install media
player 10 or 9 or which ever you want that is why I do not use WMP or IE
because of continuing bugs and errors

Could you clarify what bugs and errors you're referring to? It's often
interesting to note that data, since beta code is code that will contain
    bugs that will get fixed.

Following the steps you provided would cause very bad things to happen and
not do what you want it to. I would suspect that you have not tried those
steps yourself, since at face value they would not work. But I respect the
    passion. =)

something real fast. id just like wmp10 back becuase well im not sure now.

CCleaner destroys your ability to uninstall Microsoft software.

Please read that about 18 times and keep this in mind the next time someone
    talks about CCleaner. =\

You can use System Restore to get back to your previous version, or you can
copy the %windir%\$NTUninstallWMP11$ folder from the system of someone who's
WMP10->WMP11 update process was almost identical to yours.

CCleaner is destroying the files we needed. That completely breaks the
uninstall and there's absolutely nothing I can do about this at this point.
You should discuss this with CCleaner support, since they are the ones who
put you into this bad state. =\
