Can't view event logs from a remote station through server managem

    When I try to view the event logs from a remote workstation (XP PRO SP1) from
    the Server Management tool, I get an error "Access was Denied". I don't have
    this problem on any of the other stations (XP PRO SP1 & SP2). On the same
    workstation I can, however, do computer management.

    Any suggestions?

  2. What Server Management tool did you install on the XP clients?

    I would recommend uninstalling/reinstalling the management tool on that one
    client. The fact that is works from other clients confirms that there is
    no problem with the server. All symptoms pont to the one client.
