    Can anybody help?
Vista can not read some cd´s, says it´s an empty media, and wants burn
something on it, even when the media is full!
    This is for selfmade cd´s.

Might verify that the CD/DVD drive is set to the correct Region.
Go into Device Manager, expand DVD/CD-ROM, double-click your CD/DVD drive,
then click on the DVD Region Tab. Make sure it's set to your Region.
Hope it helps but thats all I can think of.

    Sorry, dosen´t work!!
Other freinds have same problem, my Google search didn´t give me any clues.
Couldt it be the protection (DRM (or DMR?)) from Microsoft that causes it??

Could it just be a damaged disc, or a problem with the drive?
