    Greetngs,

Love SBS, its like a all in one server for the common man, that'd be me. I
    goofed.

When I first set up my users I thought it would be cool to use the <first
name>.<last name>@somplace.com naming option. It's not cool. We are having
to buy extra long business cards just to get peoples emails on their cards.

What is the correct way to fix this? Is there a wizard for stupid newbie
    mistakes?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Easy fix :)

Go into the Server Management console, and expand "Advanced Management"

Expand "(Domain Name) Exchange", and then "Recipients" and then "Recipient
    policies".

    Double click on "Default policy".

Click on the "E-mail addresses (Policy) tab".

Create a new e-mail address, and when it asks for the name, use
    %1g%

Then set it to the primary smtp address.

  3. Keep in mind that this will only modify/fix their email addresses. Their
logon name will continue being the same.
