Changing Exchange's Path / User's Documents Path

    Hello all,

    Wondering best practices for keeping all Exchange data on a separate
    harddrive from the OS. Also, we want to move user's data (My Documents
    Redirection) to a separate drive as well.

    Can one do this easily on an already installed and running SBS server?

    How does one do this on clean installs during setup?
