I have migrated from NT 4.0 to Win2k. Now wehn i create users in AD, I cant
figure out how to display the users names in last name, first name order.
All the new accounts I create are created simply First name last name. I
tried adjusting description but now I have a mixmash of users depending on
how old their accounts are - pre w2k or post w2k?

I cant believe you have to "hack" to do something so simple. Why would
anyone want people first name last name in their AD database? I only have
100 users and know everyone but if this were a ginat company it would make no
sense at all to have this as the default.
