Client computers authenticating to wrong site

I've searched through technet, but haven't found the answer to this. I
thought Sites & Services were configured correctly in our domain, but the
following leads me to beleive otherwise.

    Here's the situation:

We're in a single domain with two sites. Here's a look at the setup...

    SiteA Contains:
    SubnetA - Assigned to SiteA
DC-A - PDC Emulator and global catalog

    SiteB Contains:
    SubnetB - Assigned to SiteB
    DC-B - global Catalog

As it turns out, clients in SiteA are authenticating to DC-B in SiteB. This
was not the case until a recent (planned) reboot on DC-A.

All replication is working without issue.

A nltest /dcgetsite command fails on my client workstation with a
ERROR_NO_SITENAME output, but passes on both DC-A and DC-B with the correct
    site names.

I've doublechecked the subnet/site assignments in Sites & Services and they
look fine, yet SiteA clients are still authenticating to the remote SiteB
    even after several replication cycles.

    Any insight is greatly appriciated!
