Client Setup Wizard and New Users

    After creating a new user in SBS 2003, every time the user logs in the
    Client Setup Wizard runs, and fails because the user is not a member of the
    local administrator group on the computer.

    All the computers are already set up. I just want the user to be able to
    login to them. No configuration of the client machines should be
    necessary.

    Any ideas why this might be happening?
