Codecs? What Codecs?

    Heeellllp!

I went ahead and bought a WinTV PVR 250 and a generic nVidia GeForce 4
MX 440 with TV out (no brand on the card).

I keep getting an error in MCE that I do not have the proper codecs
installed. Not only that, but InterVideos WinDVR does not show a
    capture device in the settings.

    What am I doing wrong?

And don't bother telling me to install the latest drivers or upgrade
to XP SP1. Been there. Done that.

I have the nVidia GeForce 4 MX 400 and Hauppauge WinTV 250 installed.
Each runs fine as a standalone component, but will not work together
    with XPMCE.

I downloaded ALL the latest drivers and patches AND XP SP1.

I followed the codec setup guide in this forum TO THE LETTER.

Yet still, I get the following error message:
    http://www.grabtv.tv/public/mce_error.gif

I think there is some other software I am missing--some codec or
    driver that MCE requires.

Could someone post a list/screencap of the multimedia drivers that
they have in their device manager? (i.e. A/V codecs and whatnot)
