    Is there a command line in Windows that can display time in UTC/GMT format
    just like in Unix below?

    # date -u
    Tue Oct 18 10:38:37 GMT 2005 ---> current GMT time
    # date
    Tue Oct 18 18:38:40 SGT 2005 ---> current time (GMT +8)
