Companyweb: minimum permissions for external access to companyweb

    We have several employees who require access ONLY to our companyweb. I
    already know how to grant them accesss from an external browser. Now I want
    to set up their user accounts so that they have no other permissions, no
    storage space, no exchange mailbox... nothing except the minimum permission
    to access companyweb with a password.

    I would greatly appreciate your help.

    Hello Lise,

    I would guess removing those users from all security groups, and just add
    them via the companyweb's webinterface as users for the site, will do the
    trick. Maybe someone else have a second opinion?

    Thanks, J-O. However, I would like to be able to set up several users
    initially with a user template, without having an Exchange mailbox
    automatically created for them and without a storage folder. I can set up
    users, one at a time, under Advanced Server Management, in Active Directory,
    whereby no Exchange mailbox is created, but a storage folder is still
    created. If I use the Add User feature in Server Management, then I have to
    manually remove the Exchange mailbox anyway. This is too tedious. Any ideas?
