    Hi all,
If lets say we suspected that due to problems with replication there's been
some issues with one of the DC's directory objects and we want to compare
that DC's AD objects (all partitions) with a known healthy/authoritative
DC... would REPADMIN with "/showlingeringobjects" OR "/showchanges"
switches be a good tool to perform this comparison tasks? Or perhaps there's
another tool I may use to "demonstrate" a DC is not properly in sync.

    I guess repadmin /sync ................ /force /full might be a way to
resync all objects from a healthy DC to a suspected problematic DC, right?

Just looking forward to comments if I have understood the use of repadmin
    correctly for the above scenario.

    Many thanks and cheerio! :)

Jorge's answer is more complete but 99.999% of the time just doing a
complete "DCDiag /c" is sufficient. You should save the output to a
text file, search for FAIL or WARN, and fix all of the problems noted.

Awesome guys! Thanks very much Herb and Jorge.
I'll get myself more familiar with those tools you pointed to.

    Cheers! :)
