It has come to my attention that there is apparently no
support from Microsoft Security for persons who have had
their MSN logins compromised by malicious hackers. Their
response is for the affected person to deal with their
    ISP.

As most people know, ISPs generally disallow support for
most Operating Systems, Microsoft products and anything
    beyond your "Internet Connection".

Has anyone reading this encountered this problem or know
of some general steps to take once an account has been
    presumably hacked?
