running win 7 x64, with the latest wmp and using it to convert video to my pda
    which runs mobile 6.1

is it possible to convert the files but not sync them?
presently i am finding that i cannot convert all files; some just hang,
others take a very long time

otherwise is there some other convert out there that works with win mobile,
    all so far have failed

    thanks for that,

but the part that i left out was video

is it possible to convert without syncing video files?
if not is there a specific list of codecs that cannot be converted?

    thanks,

    but with regard to video,
is there a list of codecs that wmp cannot convert even though it can play
    them?

generally the process of converting video starts off fine,
cpu usage spikes to 100%, memory usage goes up also
after a period of up to 30 seconds, cpu drops to 0%,
and the tmp file also become 0kb, the conversion process then stops entirely

does anyone else have a vaguely similar problem or a solution?
    some external video converter work?
