Copy mp3 to Rio mp3 player error

    please help!! I am using windows XP along with Media Player 9, after I rip songs from a CD I try to copy them to my mp3 player and it says after completing the synch that there is an "unknown error" please help me remedy this situation. Thank

    Hi, Since Rio makes the drivers for WMP it is best to contact them for help.
