    Hi everybody!

I have installed a new WSUS server on a remote location and I don't want the
synchronization to go through the Wan link. I thought to burn the content
folder of the existing server on a CD and then to copy it on a remote
location. I have tried this some time ago but the new server couldn’t read
the content data. So, did anybody tried to do this? If yes I would appreciate
some tips on how to do this in the easiest possible way.
    thank's

  2. Many people are successfully using this type of methodology, Edita.

Refer to the section in the WSUS Deployment Guide concerning "Disconnected
Networks" for the exact procedures necessary to successfully use this
    technique.
